3. User Responsibilities

• The accuracy of all scores entered
• Proper use of tournament formats
• Compliance with applicable golf rules
• Any content you submit (names, scores, sponsor info, etc.)

You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt or overload the Service
• Submit false or misleading scores intentionally
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Reverse engineer or copy the platform

4. Tournament and Scoring Disclaimer ⚠️

IMPORTANT FOR GOLF EVENTS

Scores, totals, rankings, skins results, and leaderboards displayed in the Service:

• are provided for convenience only
• are not guaranteed to be accurate
• are not certified as official results
• may be delayed or incomplete

Event organizers are solely responsible for determining official scores, payouts, handicaps, and tournament results.

The Service is not an official scoring authority.

5. No Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We make no warranties regarding:

• accuracy of scores
• uptime or availability
• leaderboard correctness
• data preservation
• fitness for a particular purpose

6. Limitation of Liability 🔒

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golf Scorecard and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial damages arising from:

• scoring errors
• tournament disputes
• lost winnings or payouts
• service interruptions
• data loss
• reliance on leaderboard information

Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

7. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform design, software, branding, and functionality are the property of Golf Scorecard (or its licensors) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• copy the platform
• resell the software
• white-label without permission
• reproduce the UI or code

9. Third-Party Content and Sponsors

The Service may display sponsor names, logos, or links provided by tournament organizers.

We:

• do not endorse sponsors
• are not responsible for sponsor content
• are not liable for external websites

Users access sponsor links at their own risk.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
